How to do exercise
  • Stand back to back with partner, about two feet apart .
  • Hold ball in front of chest.
  • Twist to right while partner twists to right, handing ball to partner.
  • Partner twists back to left while you twist back to left and receive ball from partner.
  • Continue full twist passing.
