Description of exercise | Marble pick up exercise is a simple but effective activity that involves using your fingers and hand muscles to pick up small objects, such as marbles, from a flat surface. This exercise is commonly used in physical therapy and rehabilitation programs to improve fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. To perform this exercise, you will need a bowl or tray filled with marbles and a flat surface. Using your thumb, index, and middle fingers, pick up one marble at a time and transfer it to the other hand. Repeat this movement with each marble until all are picked up. This exercise can be modified by using different sizes or types of objects, and it can also be done with both hands at the same time for a more challenging workout. |
