Description of exercise | Lower lip extend exercise is a simple facial exercise that can help improve the appearance and strength of the lower lip. To perform this exercise, you need to sit or stand with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Then, gently pull your lower lip down as far as you can while keeping your upper lip relaxed. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and then release. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times. This exercise can help tone and strengthen the muscles in the lower lip, making it appear fuller and more defined. It can also improve the overall appearance of the lower face and jawline. |
