Description of exercise | The Longsit towel ham stretch exercise is a simple yet effective way to stretch the hamstrings. To perform this exercise, sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Place a towel around the ball of your foot and hold onto the ends of the towel with both hands. Slowly lean forward, keeping your back straight, and use the towel to pull your foot towards your body. Hold this stretch for 10-15 seconds and then release. This exercise helps to improve flexibility and mobility in the hamstrings, which can help prevent injuries and improve overall lower body strength and stability.
