Description of exercise Leg angels is a low-impact exercise that involves lying on your back and moving your legs in a sweeping motion, similar to the wings of an angel. This exercise primarily targets the core, hip flexors, and outer thighs. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your arms by your sides and your legs straight. Keeping your legs together, slowly lift them off the ground and bring them towards your head, forming a wide V shape. Then, lower your legs back down to the starting position. Repeat this motion for a set number of repetitions. Leg angels can help improve core strength, flexibility, and balance.
