To perform this exercise, start by standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, lift one knee up towards your chest and hold it with both hands for a few seconds. As you lower that leg, lift the other knee up towards your chest and hold again. Continue alternating legs in a walking motion while keeping your back straight and engaging your core muscles. This exercise helps improve balance, flexibility, and strength in the lower body, making it a great addition to any workout routine. |
