Description of exercise Hip twists on foam roll is a dynamic exercise that targets the muscles in the hips and core. It involves lying on a foam roll with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. From this position, the hips are lifted off the ground and the body is twisted from side to side, engaging the obliques and deep hip muscles. This exercise helps to improve core stability, hip mobility, and balance. It is also great for relieving tension and tightness in the lower back and hips. The foam roll adds an element of instability, making the exercise more challenging and effective. It can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the height of the foam roll.
