Description of exercise | The half moon twist exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles and obliques. To perform this exercise, start by lying on your back with your legs extended and your arms stretched out to the sides. Lift your legs off the ground and bring your knees towards your chest. Then, twist your hips to one side while keeping your upper body still. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps to improve balance, stability, and flexibility in the core muscles. It can also help to tone and sculpt the waistline. |
