Description of exercise The half moon twist exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles and obliques. To perform this exercise, start by lying on your back with your legs extended and your arms stretched out to the sides. Lift your legs off the ground and bring your knees towards your chest. Then, twist your hips to one side while keeping your upper body still. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps to improve balance, stability, and flexibility in the core muscles. It can also help to tone and sculpt the waistline.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Step to right into lunge position as shown.
  • Place fingertips of left hand on floor and turn hips parallel to floor.
  • Shift weight forward, lifting left leg, keeping it straight.
  • Reach up with right arm and look up to right arm.
  • Hold and repeat to other side.
