How to do exercise
  • Stand facing TRX, holding handles in hands at chest, palms in as shown.
  • Bend forward at hips, straightening arms and moving them out to sides.
  • Bend one knee and twist trunk to opposite direction.
  • Switch knee bend and twist to other direction.
  • Return to start and repeat.
