Description of exercise The golf strike zone drill with elastic exercise is a training method used to improve the accuracy and consistency of a golfer’s swing. How to do exercise
  • Attach elastic to a secure object to the right.
  • Hold elastic in hands, elbows slightly bent.
  • Stand with feet shoulder distance apart, hands together slightly to the right of midline.
  • Shift hips and weight to the left while moving hands slightly to the right.
  • Return and repeat.
