How to do exercise
  • Attach elastic to a secure object to the right.
  • Hold elastic in hands, elbows bent as shown.
  • Stand with feet shoulder distance apart with weight shifted to the right.
  • Shift weight to the left, rotating right hip inward while straightening elbows to mimic hitting a ball.
  • Return and repeat.
