Description of exercise | The front DB arm raise with foam roll exercise is a strength training move that targets the shoulders and upper back muscles. To perform this exercise, you will need a set of dumbbells and a foam roll. Start by lying face down on the foam roll with your arms hanging down towards the floor, holding the dumbbells in each hand. Slowly raise your arms out to the sides, keeping them straight, until they are in line with your shoulders. Hold for a second, then slowly lower them back down. This exercise helps improve shoulder stability and strengthens the muscles in the upper back, promoting good posture. |
