Some movements may aggravate your condition or cause further injury.Additionally, if you are new to exercise or have not been physically active in a while, it is important to start with more structured and controlled exercises before attempting freestyle exercises. This will help prevent injuries and allow you to build a strong foundation before incorporating more dynamic movements.Lastly, if you are feeling fatigued or have not properly warmed up, it is best to avoid freestyle exercises.
