Description of exercise The Forearm TRX crunch is a challenging exercise that targets the core muscles, specifically the abdominal muscles. It involves using the TRX suspension straps to support the body while performing a crunch motion. To do this exercise, one must first adjust the straps to a height that is slightly above the ground. Then, place the forearms on the straps and extend the legs behind, forming a plank position. From there, engage the core and pull the knees towards the chest, crunching the abs. Slowly extend the legs back to the starting position and repeat for several repetitions. This exercise helps to improve core stability, balance, and overall strength.
