Description of exercise Floor wrist stretch is a simple and effective exercise that helps to improve flexibility and range of motion in the wrist joint. To perform this exercise, sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Place your palms on the floor, fingers pointing towards your body. Slowly lean back, keeping your arms straight, until you feel a stretch in your wrists. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then release. Repeat 3-5 times. This exercise helps to stretch the muscles and tendons in the wrist, reducing stiffness and promoting blood flow. It is beneficial for those who use their hands and wrists frequently, such as typists, musicians, and athletes.
