How to do exercise
  • Lie face down with arms at sides, palms down.
  • Pull shoulder blades together.
  • Inhale while lifting arms off floor and lifting upper body off floor.
  • Exhale and reach finger tips toward toes, then return to start position.
  • Repeat.
