Description of exercise The Fitter arm side to side exercise is a simple yet effective movement that targets the muscles in the arms, shoulders, and upper back. Begin by lifting one arm out to the side until it is parallel to the ground, keeping your elbow slightly bent. Then, slowly lower the arm back down to your side and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps to improve arm strength, shoulder mobility, and posture. It can be done with various weights and is suitable for all fitness levels.
