To perform this exercise, start by standing or sitting with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Bring your hands together in front of your chest, palms facing each other. Interlace your fingers and gently press your palms together, keeping your elbows slightly bent. Slowly push your hands away from your body while keeping your fingers interlocked. You should feel a stretch in your hands, wrists, and forearms. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds and then release. Repeat 3-5 times for a good stretch. This exercise can help alleviate tension and stiffness in the hands and wrists, making it a great warm-up or cool-down for any physical activity involving the hands.
