It helps to improve the appearance of the eyebrows and forehead by toning and lifting the muscles. To perform this exercise, start by placing your fingers on the outer edges of your eyebrows. Then, using your fingers, gently pull the eyebrows towards each other, creating a slight squeeze. Hold this position for a few seconds, then release and repeat. This exercise can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin on the forehead and can also improve the overall appearance of the eyebrows. Regularly practicing this exercise can result in a more youthful and lifted appearance. |
