Description of exercise | The Elastic single Biceps curl exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the biceps muscles in the arms. It involves using an elastic band or resistance band to provide resistance while performing a bicep curl motion. To do this exercise, one end of the band is anchored to a stable object, while the other end is held in the hand. The arm is then bent at the elbow, bringing the hand towards the shoulder, and then slowly lowered back down. This exercise helps to strengthen and tone the biceps, as well as improve grip strength and stability in the arms.
