Description of exercise | The Elastic assist shoulder shrug exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the muscles in the upper back and shoulders. To perform the exercise, one end of the elastic band is held in each hand with the arms extended down by the sides. The shoulders are then raised up towards the ears, squeezing the shoulder blades together, and then lowered back down slowly.
