To perform this exercise, stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the elastic bands at shoulder height. Begin walking forward, keeping the arms straight and pulling the bands apart with each step. This exercise can be modified by increasing or decreasing the tension of the bands or by incorporating different arm movements. |
