Description of exercise | Double TRX ham curls is an exercise that targets the hamstrings, which are the muscles located at the back of the thigh. It involves using a TRX suspension trainer to perform a hamstring curl motion while lying on your back. The TRX straps are attached to a stable object, and your feet are placed in the foot cradles. From this position, you lift your hips off the ground and bend your knees to bring your feet towards your buttocks. This movement engages the hamstrings, glutes, and core muscles. It also helps improve balance and stability while strengthening the back of the legs. Double TRX ham curls are an effective exercise for building strong and toned hamstrings. |
