Description of exercise | Double toe raises on TG exercise is a strengthening exercise that targets the calf muscles and helps improve balance and stability. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet hip-width apart and place your hands on a stable surface for support. Slowly rise up onto the balls of your feet, lifting both heels off the ground simultaneously. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly lower back down. Repeat for several repetitions. This exercise can be made more challenging by holding onto weights or performing the movement on an unstable surface.
