Description of exercise The Double DB biceps curl exercise is a popular strength training exercise that targets the biceps muscles in the arms. To perform this exercise, you will need two dumbbells of equal weight. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides, holding the dumbbells with an underhand grip. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, slowly curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement. Then, lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position in a controlled manner. This exercise can be modified by using different weights or performing it while seated or standing on one leg for added stability challenge.
