Description of exercise | Double Biceps TRX rotation curls is a variation of the traditional biceps curl exercise that utilizes the TRX suspension trainer. It primarily targets the biceps muscles, but also engages the shoulders, back, and core for stability. To perform this exercise, one must stand facing the TRX straps with arms extended and palms facing inwards. With a controlled movement, the arms are then bent at the elbows, bringing the hands towards the shoulders while simultaneously rotating the palms outwards. This rotation adds an extra challenge to the biceps muscles, making them work harder to complete the movement. This exercise helps to improve biceps strength, stability, and overall upper body muscle definition. |
