How to do exercise
  • Stand with arms at sides, weight in left hand.
  • Squat down and twist to right shifting weight to right leg while reaching to ground with left hand as shown.
  • Stand back up, twist to left, shifting weight to let leg and bringing left arm back behind head.
  • Return and repeat.
