  • Begin with trunk turned to right, weight on right leg.
  • Hold weight in right hand, back and behind head, elbow bent to 90 as shown.
  • Twist to left, shifting weight to left leg, lowering into a squat and bringing hand down to ankle level while straightening elbow.
