Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Stand with left elbow bent to 90, holding weight in hand at middle of trunk.
  • Swing left arm out and back as show.
  • Weight should shift to left leg while right leg rotates at hip.
  • Return and repeat.
