Description of exercise | The DB golf follow through drill is an exercise designed to improve the follow through motion in a golfer’s swing. It involves using a dumbbell or any weighted object to mimic the motion of a golf club. The golfer stands in their normal golf stance and holds the weight with both hands, as if they were holding a golf club. They then swing the weight back and through, focusing on extending their arms and rotating their hips and shoulders to create a full and fluid follow through. This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles used in the golf swing and improve the golfer’s overall technique and power. |
