Description of exercise |
Choo choo exercise, also known as the “train exercise,” is a simple and fun physical activity that can be done by people of all ages. It involves standing in a line and holding onto the shoulders of the person in front of you. Then, everyone in the line starts moving their feet in a marching motion while making a “choo choo” sound like a train. This exercise helps improve balance, coordination, and leg strength. It can also be modified by adding different movements, such as lifting the knees higher or adding arm movements. Choo choo exercise is a great way to get the body moving and can be done indoors or outdoors. |
Do each time for how long |
Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor. |
Do daily for how many time |
Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor. |
Do for how many days |
Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor. |
Sit in chair.
Bend elbows to 90 degrees.
Make circles with your shoulders in a choo-choo fashion.
