Description of exercise The cheek squeeze exercise is a facial exercise that involves using your fingers to gently squeeze and lift your cheeks. To do this exercise, place your index and middle fingers on your cheeks and apply gentle pressure as you lift your cheeks towards your eyes. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat this exercise several times a day to see results. It is a simple and effective way to keep your cheeks looking firm and youthful.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
