Description of exercise The Cat Camel on foam roll exercise is a variation of the traditional Cat Camel exercise that utilizes a foam roll for added support and stability. To perform the exercise, one must start by kneeling on the ground with the foam roll placed horizontally under the knees. From there, the individual will alternate between arching their back like a cat and then dropping the belly towards the ground like a camel. This movement helps to stretch and strengthen the muscles in the back and can also improve posture and alleviate back pain.

How to do exercise
  • Begin in 4 point kneeling, back in neutral position.
  • Tuck chin in and continue by rounding back upward one segment at a time.
  • Reverse by letting back arch one segment at a time, but keep neck in neutral at the end.
