Description of exercise The caregiver elbow straighten stretch exercise is a simple yet effective way to improve flexibility and range of motion in the elbow joint. Next, slowly raise one arm straight up towards the ceiling while keeping your elbow straight. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your arm back down to your side.
