Description of exercise Caregiver ankle circles exercise is a simple and effective way to improve ankle mobility and strength. How to do exercise
  • Place ankle so it is off the edge of a surface and free to move.
  • Hold heel with one hand, ball of foot with other.
  • Gently move foot in circles, clockwise and counterclockwise, through available range, as shown.
