Lower your body towards the ground, using the cane for support and stability. As you push back up, engage your core and chest muscles to return to the starting position. This exercise is great for beginners or those with wrist or shoulder injuries as it reduces the strain on these areas while still targeting the chest, arms, and core muscles. |
