Description of exercise Cane assist biceps curl is a modified version of the traditional biceps curl exercise that uses a cane or any similar object for support. This exercise primarily targets the biceps muscles, which are located in the front of the upper arm, and also engages the muscles in the forearms and shoulders. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the cane with an underhand grip. Keep your elbows close to your sides and slowly curl the cane towards your shoulders, contracting your biceps. Lower the cane back down in a controlled manner. This exercise is great for improving arm strength and can be beneficial for individuals with limited mobility or injuries.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Grasp cane with uninvolved hand, palm down.
  • Place involved hand on cane.
  • Lift cane upward with uninvolved arm, to help involved elbow to bend.
