Description of exercise The Body TRX saw plank exercise is a challenging and effective core workout that targets the abdominal muscles, back, and shoulders. From there, the hips are rotated to one side while keeping the arms straight and the core engaged. This movement resembles a sawing motion, hence the name “saw plank.” The exercise is then repeated on the opposite side. The Body TRX saw plank requires balance, stability, and strength, making it a great full-body workout that can improve core strength and stability.

How to do exercise
  • Lie face down with feet in TRX straps, legs straight, upper body supported on forearms as shown.
  • Lift hips up into a plank position.
  • Hold plank and pull body forward.
  • Return and repeat.
