Description of exercise | The Body TRX saw plank exercise is a challenging and effective core workout that targets the abdominal muscles, back, and shoulders. To perform this exercise, one must start in a plank position with the feet in the TRX straps and the body in a straight line. From there, the hips are rotated to one side while keeping the arms straight and the core engaged. This movement resembles a sawing motion, hence the name “saw plank.” The exercise is then repeated on the opposite side. The Body TRX saw plank requires balance, stability, and strength, making it a great full-body workout that can improve core strength and stability. |
