Description of exercise | BK seated LAQ (Lateral Abdominal Quandrant) exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the obliques, or side abdominal muscles. It is performed while seated on the floor with the legs extended and slightly lifted off the ground. The arms are crossed over the chest and the upper body is twisted to one side, engaging the obliques. The movement is then repeated on the other side. This exercise helps to improve core stability, balance, and posture, while also toning and strengthening the side abdominal muscles. It can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the height of the legs and the intensity of the twist. Regular practice of this exercise can lead to a stronger and more defined core. |
