Description of exercise BK bird dog exercise, also known as the “Bird Dog” or “Opposite Arm and Leg Raise,” is a core strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the back, abdominals, and glutes. To perform this exercise, start on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Engage your core and lift your right arm and left leg off the ground, keeping them parallel to the floor. Hold for a few seconds, then lower back down and repeat on the opposite side. This exercise helps improve balance, stability, and posture while also toning and strengthening the core muscles. It can be modified for beginners or made more challenging for advanced fitness levels.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Begin on stomach, raise up to hands and knees.
  • Extend left arm and right leg, hold 5 seconds.
  • Return to 4 point.
  • Extend right arm and left leg, hold 5 seconds.
  • Repeat sequence.
