Description of exercise Bird dog exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the back, abdomen, and hips. To perform this exercise, start on your hands and knees with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Keeping your core engaged, simultaneously extend your right arm and left leg straight out behind you. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps to improve balance, stability, and posture, making it a great addition to any workout routine. It can also help alleviate lower back pain and improve overall strength and flexibility.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Begin on hands and knees.
  • Extend the right leg while lifting the left arm.
  • Hold 2-3 seconds.
  • Return to start position and repeat with left leg and right arm.
