Description of exercise | Biceps curls on TG supine exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the biceps muscles located in the front of the upper arm. It involves lying on your back on a bench or mat with your arms extended down by your sides, holding a pair of dumbbells. From this starting position, you will bend your elbows and bring the weights up towards your shoulders, contracting your biceps muscles. Then, you will slowly lower the weights back down to the starting position. This exercise helps to strengthen and tone the biceps, improving arm strength and aesthetics. It can be modified by using different weights or performing the exercise on an incline bench. |
