Description of exercise The assisted neck twist stretch exercise is a gentle and effective way to stretch the muscles in the neck and upper back. Place one hand on the opposite shoulder and gently twist your neck, looking over your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides. Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Begin with good shoulder and neck posture.
  • Place one hand on back of head, the other on chin.
  • Turn head to one direction as far as possible, use hands to provide a steady stretch and hold.
