Description of exercise Arm circles is a simple and effective exercise that involves moving your arms in circular motions. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms out to the sides. Start by making small circles with your arms, gradually increasing the size of the circles. You can do this exercise in a forward or backward motion, or alternate between the two. Arm circles help to improve shoulder mobility, strengthen the muscles in your arms, and increase blood flow to the upper body. This exercise is great for warming up before a workout or as a standalone exercise for toning and strengthening your arms.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

  • Begin with arms straight out from body as shown.
