Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms straight out to the sides, palms facing down. Slowly lower your arms towards the ground, keeping them straight, until you feel a stretch in your chest. Then, using your chest muscles, bring your arms back up to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise helps to improve chest strength and can also aid in improving posture.
