Description of exercise The ankle rotation swing prep with a club exercise is a dynamic movement that helps to prepare the body for a golf swing. It involves standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a golf club in front of the body with both hands. From this position, the individual will rotate their ankles in a circular motion, first in one direction and then in the other. This helps to loosen up the ankle joints and improve mobility, which is important for a smooth and powerful golf swing. It also helps to engage the core and upper body muscles, preparing them for the rotational movement of a golf swing. This exercise can be done as part of a warm-up routine before playing golf or as a standalone exercise to improve ankle mobility and stability.
