Description of exercise | DB spinning flys is a variation of the traditional dumbbell fly exercise that targets the chest muscles. To perform this exercise, you will need two dumbbells and a flat bench. Begin by lying on the bench with your feet flat on the ground and the dumbbells in each hand. Start with your arms extended above your chest, palms facing each other. Slowly lower the dumbbells out to your sides while rotating them so that your palms face down. Then, bring the dumbbells back up to the starting position, rotating them back to the starting position. This spinning motion engages the chest muscles from different angles, providing a more challenging and effective workout. It is important to maintain proper form and control throughout the movement to avoid injury. |
