Start with your arms extended above your chest, palms facing each other. Slowly lower the dumbbells out to your sides while rotating them so that your palms face down. Then, bring the dumbbells back up to the starting position, rotating them back to the starting position. This spinning motion engages the chest muscles from different angles, providing a more challenging and effective workout.
