Description of exercise | Wrist reverse curls on the TG exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the muscles in the forearm and wrist. It involves using a wrist roller, also known as a Thera-Band FlexBar, to perform a reverse curl motion. To do this exercise, one end of the flexbar is securely anchored, while the other end is held with an overhand grip. The wrist is then extended to lift the flexbar up towards the ceiling, and then slowly lowered back down. This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles that are responsible for wrist extension and can improve grip strength and wrist stability.
