Description of exercise Alternating dead bug with foam roll is an effective core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles and improves stability and balance. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your arms extended above your head and your legs in tabletop position. Place a foam roll between your arms and legs, engaging your core to hold it in place. Slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg towards the ground while maintaining a neutral spine. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise challenges your core muscles to work together in a coordinated manner, helping to improve overall core strength and control.

How to do exercise
  • Lie on back with knees bent, and feet on foam roll.
  • Raise right arm and left leg as shown.
  • Return to start position.

  • Return to start position.
  • Repeat.
