Description of exercise | The side arm DB raise with foam roll exercise is a strength training exercise that targets the shoulders and core muscles. To perform this exercise, you will need a set of dumbbells and a foam roll. Start by lying on your side with your legs extended and the foam roll placed under your waist for support. Hold a dumbbell in your top hand and raise your arm up to shoulder height, keeping your elbow slightly bent. Slowly lower the weight back down and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise helps to improve shoulder stability and strengthen the muscles in your arms, shoulders, and core. |
